The Customer shall apply in person by visiting the office of the Company or by online registration through the Websites, and completing the application procedure with assistance from the customer services officer of the Company or follow the instructions stated in the Websites guidance, while the Customer shall agree and accept the following opening code and arrangement:
Read carefully, agree and accept all the documents and content including but not limited to [Terms and Conditions of Business Relating to Physical Gold Bullion Trading] and the [Terms and Conditions for Use of Website]; and
Must complete all relevant forms [Physical Gold Bullion Account Registration Form (Individual/Joint)] – R-Form 01 or [Physical Gold Bullion Account Registration Form (Corporation)] – R-Form 02 or [the Online Account Registration Form] and submit altogether withthe following documents.

Original Identity Card/Passport for all Account Holders/ Authorized Person(s) issued by the Government(For Hong Kong resident, only Identity Card is required);
Original Proof of Address within Two (2) months such as utility bill or bank statement which showing the Customer’s name and current address; and
Original Proof of Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan, mainland China or overseas Bank Account such as Bank’s ATM Card, Bank Passbook OR Bank Statement or Bank’s Reference Letter issued by the bank within latest Two (2) months.

Originalof all Director(s)/Shareholder(s)/Authorized Person(s) Identity Card and Passport issued by the Government (For Hong Kong resident, only Identity Card is required);
Original of Proof of Address for all Director(s)/Shareholder(s) within Two (2) months such as utility bill or bank statement which showing their name and current address;
Certificate of Incorporation Copy;
Business Registration Copy;
Memorandum & Articles of Association Copy;
Register of Directors & Register of Shareholders Copy;
Board of Director’s Resolution – Resolved to appoint the company’s Authorized Person(s) to handle registration of account, all matters of Customer Account, buy/Sell and withdrawal of Physical Gold Bullion, and withdrawal of the balance of funds remained in the Customer Account (Customer please use the template of resolution provided by the Company to complete and execute the document.);
Latest Annual Return Copy for the company incorporated in Hong Kong (The Customer shall also provide other documents like Certificate of Incumbency issued by the offshore government authority or offshore registered agent if the company incorporated outside Hong Kong within latest six (6) months.); and
Original Proof of Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan, mainland China or overseas Bank Account such as Bank Passbook OR Bank Statement or Bank’s Reference Letter issued by the Bank within latest Two (2) months.
All Customer information will be kept strictly confidential and only used internally by Customer Service Department for internal review and information verification to complete the account opening procedures. The Company will retain all copies of information provided by Customer for record purpose only.
All Customers’ Account will be activated once all the necessary application forms are filled correctly and all required documents are well received and checked by the Company. After the Account is activated, all Customers will receive a “Login Number” and “Password” simultaneously but under separate emails; so all Customers can easily login with their account number and first-time password to manage the following matters:
1. DAILY - To check the Customer’s account status from the latest CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT STATEMENT ; 2. MONTHLY - To check all the transaction records happen in past one month from the MONTHLY ACCOUNT STATEMENT which will receive in the beginning of each month; 3. ANYTIME - To change your account passport under the CHANGE OF PASSWORD area; and 4. ANYTIME - Download all types of latest version of FORMS online from our Company for Physical Gold Bullion transaction.
All Customers are advised to change your password when you login the first time into your account. If the Customer’s account do not have any transaction in the past one month, then NO Monthly Account Statement will be issued.
